How do you build a themed family entertainment center from scratch?

FEC Ahmedabad is an independent family entertainment center with go-karting, planned along the same lines as Ulta Pulta.

A new center needs more than activities. It needs a clear identity, a plan for how it runs and a way to reach families.

The opportunity was to create the theme and design from scratch, and plan the center to run well from day one.

We didn't start with a list of rides. We started with a theme.

We selected the rides and activities, including go-karting, so that each one fits the theme and the audience.

Merchandising was planned as part of the visitor experience and the revenue mix.

05 — Plan how the center runs and reaches families

Marketing promotes the center, and operations planning makes sure it is ready to run smoothly.
