The challenge

How do you let visitors walk through the future of India?

Viksit Bharat is a government project park. Its subject is big and abstract: the future of India across sustainability, infrastructure, transportation and technology.

Ideas like these are easy to describe in a presentation and hard to experience on the ground. The park needed to make them tangible, enjoyable and clear to visitors of all ages.
The opportunity was to turn the future of India into a place people can visit, touch and learn from.

The approach

We didn't build a display of technology. We built a park that lets people step into the future.

01 — Set a theme visitors can feel

We set the "future of India" theme and applied it across the whole park, so every installation points to the same idea.

02 — Build around installations people remember

The park is built around technology installations, including a large robo, digital interfaces, a bullet train showcase and air-travel vehicles. Attractions and unique installations were designed and developed to bring each subject to life.

03 — Add learning to the visit

A learning center on past and future Indian inventions connects where India has been with where it is going.

04 — Plan for a full visit

Architectural master planning created the blueprint for the park, with event spaces and restaurants to support a full day out.

05 — Give it an identity and see it through

We designed the park's branding and logo, and partnered on execution so that the design is delivered on the ground as planned.

The outcome

Projected — forecast, not yet achieved

From a big idea to a park visitors can walk through.
